Combined we have over 13 years of experience in various aspects of the real estate appraisal and consulting industry. We specialize in the valuation of commercial real estate located throughout Maryland and southern Pennsylvania.

HB Value, LLC takes an all encompassing approach to the world of real estate appraisal and appraisal review, immersing ourselves in the markets and counties we cover. While you cannot substitute for our experience, we believe communication, both with our clients and with market participants, is of the upmost importance in order to provide quality appraisal services. We pride ourselves on performing thorough appraisals, while keeping deadlines and client needs in the forefront of our process.

As previously mentioned, HB Value, LLC has over 13 years of real estate appraisal experience. Harry J. Begg currently holds Certified General Appraisal licenses in the states of Maryland and Pennsylvania. Harry J. Begg has received both the prestigious MAI designation and the AI-GRS designation from the Appraisal Institute. Harry is one of the first in the state of Maryland to acquire both designations.
